IchDB is the new hub for information about the genes and proteins of the ciliated protozoan Ichthyophthirius multifiliis. IchDB currently displays the most recent gene/protein sequences and functional annotations for this species from the J. Craig Venter Institute and other sources. In order to keep the information in our database as current as possible, we invite members of the Ich research community to add and update these annotations to reflect published research. Check back here for updates as we continue to develop and improve this website.
